2 questions

i was just wondering 2 things, first, why is the deathwatch kill team allowed in army building for non-vanilla marine chapters, and second, is there any chance of seeing some of the forge world tanks and their special land speeder in the army builder 40k files, b/c making them up with VDR makes them more expensive... thanks for your time -Zack

Because the new Chapter Approved book allows any space marine and imperial
guard army to use them including non standard lists like blood angels and
catachans.

It shouldn't because the people at GW use the VDR rules to make the rules
for them, with a few extra bits, but they use the points from the VDR Rules.
