how should I back up my ddi data?

Hello,
I am about to start a new campaign and plan on resubscibing to DDI to get update the compendium info.
My concern is that I want to protect the data file I currently have in case I have issues downloading the compendium issue as I have seen many people here having to make several attempts.

So I need to find where the 4E data files in my computer are located so I can move them before attempting to update my data files.

Running on win 7 64 bit.

Go to C:\ProgramData\Hero Lab\data

And backup the 4e directory to somewhere ellse
