Hey I've been having a problem with the characters I make for a game I'm running to promote Hero Lab at a local game store, Acropolis Games in Adrian Michigan. The characters work fine up until I get to a point where I have to put in a new stunt: the system seems to think that the "Custom Stunt", "Custom Stunt usable once per scene", and the "Custom Stunt usable once per session" items are SINGLE USE.

Say I gave them a series of custom stunts at character creation, then they want to make a new stunt that is usable at all times (your garden variety custom stunt). When I add the advancement "Gain a new Stunt" the option to select a regular "Custom Stunt" isn't available, only the "Once per Scene" and "Once per Session" options are available. Then, if I pick one of the remaining ones as a workaround and just tell them to ignore the "Once Per Scene" note on their sheet, the option to select it again becomes unavailable! What's worse, if I then select the "Once per Session" option, the ability to take stunts AT ALL goes away!

This is a serious oversight that I've been working around in whatever way I can but the worse part about it is that it makes the product look terrible when I show it off to people in the store. Can I get any support on this issue?

I want to clarify that I don't dislike the product. Far from it actually! I love Hero Lab and I want lots of people to buy it, I just feel awkward when I demo it and it does that...

Legend has it, that the Tarrasque is a huge fighting beast, perpetually hungry.
Sleet entered History when he managed to get on the back of a Tarrasque only to be ridden out of History shortly after.

Using Realm Works, Worldographer (Hexographer 2), LibreOffice, Daz3D Studio, pen & paper for the realm World of Temeon and the system LEFD - both homebrewed.

I did already. I got a case number in an email that said they would be "sending this along to our developers for review". That was some time ago, if memory serves.
