Otherwise I am back to creating a whole new "tab" and table that works almost like the normal "Classes" tab but not exactly. Yeah and I know making new tabs is not the easiest thing from my work with the Authoring Kit.

I'm not working on that section, so Hollis or Mathias would have to answer your question. I'll point them at this thread, and hopefully they aren't too busy.

I think the variant multiclassing can get implemented using adjustments. That seems to be the most logical place to put them, imo.

Unfortunately, I don't think the variant multiclassing could be made to work for gestalt classes.

Yeah I was hoping but lost some hope as I read more about how the new VMC would work. Oh well. Back to the table layout logic.... Still really looking forward to Unchained. Several really good variants I want to use with my group. Especially the new rogue. Thanks for the update! And I'm not familiar with the terminology around here. Does regular "monthly release" mean it is included in the next update, or becomes a separate data pack that people can purchase?

In this case it means both. It will be in the release that comes out this month but it will also be a new package for you to purchase.

Still pending. The book isn't out until the 29th. Also, heads up that there are portions of chapter 4 and 5 which we plan to add but might not make it into the initial release.
