[ab-files] New Lord of the Rings file uploaded

Thanks to those who reported bugs. I hope you will find these bug

Fixes:

Ringwraiths have a minimum unit size of 0 so that you can take just
the Witch King (thanks to Stefan).
Isildur can now take The Ring (thanks to Chuck).
Warriors can now take a Spear/Shield combination (thanks to Chuck).
Added a new option to take a Bow/Shield combination so that the
correct 'D' value is shown.

Known issues:

None (at last!)
