Is the return policy stated before you purchase as well? If not I would think it should be!

Sleet was enjoying a tasty beverage at his local tavern, when a Tarrasque showed up in the local area. He managed to valiantly get on it's back and ride it. How he did it is a mystery to this day...

@bnickelsen: I know this is cumbersome, but what about getting your players to give you/send you what notes they are making and you put it on RW yourself? Then in the future when the capability becomes available, they can add notes themselves...

That's exactly what I have done for those who like to take notes (and it is only one player who does this). I just cut and paste them into whatever I want the players to see and then give them access. It is more awkward but on the bright side, it reminds me of what they think is important which might help me direct a few more clues their way or change the way things work, when they are being thick headed.
