On some computers, Army Builder or Hero Lab cannot locate the path to your "My Documents" folder. This usually happens when the user's login name has non-English characters in it. In this case, Windows doesn't tell us the proper path to the "My Documents" Folder, so we don't know where to store your user files. When you try to save a file in that folder, it fails.
The solution is to save the file somewhere else, not under "My Documents". For example, by creating a folder like "c:\MyUserFiles". You should be able to save files in there without a problem. Hope this helps! |
