Okay, so when was the last official update from LWD on the Content Market? Are we going to have an update prior to PaizoCon which is a week and a half away or are we going to be left with crickets chirping.
I love this from the kickstarter: Unlike many software Kickstarters, initial Realm Works development is nearly complete. We've been evolving Realm Works for over three years and will be releasing it in July, 2013. Numerous features are already in place, as we demonstrate in the video, but there are many more we want to include in the initial release. Your support of this Kickstarter will allow us to accelerate our current development efforts so we can pack more features into the product in time for its public release. Seriously, accelerate current development, Does this mean instead of 2025 it will be delivered by 2020? |

Which is correct in my opinion. The program works very well for me. > Your support of this Kickstarter will allow us to accelerate our current development efforts so we can pack more features into the product in time for its public release. They explained it hundred times over and the train has left the station now - I mean everyone reading the forums knows, that they are delayed, that the project got some problems and that they cannot say something new - for whatever reason -. Yet we have every other month some poor lwd guy sticking out the head out of cover and gives a small piece of news. (which is not what most ppl want to hear) Just accept that the stuff is years overdue. Just accept that they are currently not updating some pages (which they should imho) that show outdated informations. Just mentally distance yourself from the market and check it out when it arrives. I don't believe that they will abandon the tool at this stage, they prepared already so much for it. Personally I just look at the facts I want release notes, maybe a roadmap which is updated and a much better suggestion system. The current one is totally overflowing and also probably not really looked at, since there are no comments from LWD even remotely saying what feature has a chance and what doesn't. This, I really want a roadmap. It doesn't even have to have dates... just planned major releases... like CM, 64bit conversion, major UI update, then Integration with VTT's etc etc. I guess I am the same as everybody - keep looking in here hoping for an update and finding the same old questions being asked with the same stony silence. Communication is key in projects, keep your stakeholders informed, and they will have no reason to sharpen the pitchforks. |

+10 also!
Like Acenoid and others, just give me a roadmap what what you are working towards LWD and though it will never stop the whining and complaining, it will give the rest of us an idea of what is happening and to happen. The product as is is good, fixing a few things and bringing the CM and calendars(!!!) will make it even better. Have a great weekend everybody... |

It seems abundantly clear that they have no real idea beyond the CM and probably the web client.
The features the user base really wants: calendars, individual reveal, player journals, etc. are much lower priority if they are even working on them. my Realm Works videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZU...4DwXXkvmBXQ9Yw |

Personally the CM is the only thing I care about in your list. That is the only reason I bought RW.

I'm starting the Curse of the Crimson Throne in August and I don't have the time to manually enter all this data into RW, but right now I don't see any other choice and I've been doing it slowly. Hopefully CM is released before the end of this year and I can purchase Curse of the Crimson Throne from CM and not have that big of a difference from my data entry versus how LWD will do it. |

We used to get updates to RW pretty often and some news on new features and stuff that were being put in.
Now we haven't heard much. Calendars, a spell check (yes, I know you can buy another program to do that, but I don't have the cash for that), and several others things haven't materialized, and we have no idea of how the progress is going for other features. The player's version too was supposed to have a lot of features and that wasn't implemented yet. So right now it seems the program is pretty dead until the CM gets opened. |

Yep. The regular and constant updates for Starfinder and HLO are shiny though, go live vicariously through people who get product updates and new releases. |
