Hi,
a friend of mine, at my recommendation, purchased HEro Labs. But he mistook and thought that the D&D SRD was available for free, and as such purchased a different gaming system. As D&D is the primary system that we use, is it possible for him to exchange his system from the one he mistakenly bought to another? He's tried emailing support but a week later hasn't gotten any replies... With regards, Øystein Norway |

Check your spam folder for the email reply. You will most likely need to do this by logging into the actual email server to look. LW does respond within 3 days unless its the weekend then its usually on Monday.
What your asking about can be done or get a total refund within 60 days. But you have to talk to support through email. 99% of the time the issue here is the spam filter and people don't look in it for LW support emails. P.S. - Don't forget to look into the 3.5 Community Pack for d20 game system. LOTS of good work going on in that system by the community.
