Hi! Posted this elsewhere but thought it might get a response here. This was brought up on another forum, and I thought it was worth getting comment from the horses' mouths, as it were. So I thought I'd ask: How customizable is the program, in terms of adding stuff like from Tomb of Battle, Tome of Heroes, spell points, and so on? I've been able to add a lot of custom stuff, no sweat, in the past, but some of that material strikes me as a lot more problematic. How capable is Hero Lab of entering some of those more unconventional rules and options?

I third this. I saw the demo at GenCon...very impressive. If someone can show me what (and how) the data needs to be imported, I'll do the data entry!

The first place to start is within the manual for the d20 data files. There is a section on using the Editor to add your own custom material. There are also a bunch of tutorials. Once you've gone through the tutorials and have a good feel for things, the next step would be to try adding a few things from the books yourself. After that, you can potentially collaborate with other users in getting material added. If you run into any questions or problems, please post the questions here and we'll do our best to get you pointed in the right direction!
