Eldritch Archer Learning Spells

How can we add spells to Eldritch Archer's repertoire if they learn them so they can select different spells?

Or can Eldritch Archer's just not learn a spell?
If so, can you point me to the rules where it says that?

Once you've taken the relevant Feat(s) there should be an Eldritch Archer Spellcasting section on your Class tab.
