No Advanced Player Guide Info in HLO After Purchasing Product

If you're looking at a character that existed before you purchased the APG content, make sure the APG content is enabled in the list of Sources on the Character Settings page. (It's right above Classes in the list on the left.)
 
Hi. I'm having the same issue. I have confirmed in my account that the APG is purchased, and I started a new character, and confirmed the APG is a source. Still have no access to APG content. Any ideas?

Actually, I do have the 'classes'... but I don't have the 'Ancestries'. ??

Thank You Ryan. ...having the "Hide invalid choices" checkbox enabled in one of a variety of places, most notably this can be in issue with the Ancestries. This was the issue... unchecked and they are shown as uncommon choices.
