There is an annoying behavior in the Tactical Console when dealing with the delay or ready action. When I activate the delay or ready of a hero, the console tends to re-sort the order of the combat participants with the same initiative count. After some investigating, I discovered that the re-sort is being done by the initiative bonus of the heroes, from lowest to highest.

Which then lead me to discover that when starting a combat, the heroes with the same initiative count are sorted the same way, from lowest to highest (rather than from highest to lowest).

I keep having to re-sort the heroes mid-combat, and things keep getting out of whack in the initiative order because of it. Any chance this will be fixed sometime in the near future?

That sounds bad. I can take a look for the next release. But I have never yet looked at the TC code. Worst that happens is I make it worse.

Yeah, it's been that way for as long as I've known. I use the TC almost exclusively, and I've been trying to create a third party helper app for it, but I've had too many distractions recently. Eventually...

Never really used the tactical console for whatever reason...

but yeah, that seems like a major flaw.
