There must still be something on your machine that is blocking Army
Builder and Hero Lab's access to the internet. If you need to specify
website addresses to a bypass list, be sure to add the following list:
wolflair.com, lonewolfdevel.com, armybuilder.com, and
datafilesrus.com. These are the various sites that are commonly
accessed for licensing and updates retrieval.

If you do this and STILL have problems, I want to suggest that you
post this message on our Support Forum. There you will have access to
our authors as well as others that can assist you. http://support.wolflair.com/

I am sorry that this has been so difficult, this is usually not a
problem.

I have turned off the firewall, tried the automatic & manual lic. When I use the manual game system it goes to http 500 error.

There are problems with a few of the internet security programs. They will block internet access or products that are not explicitly allowed bypass access. More than likely, you are using one of these programs and have not granted our software access to the internet, resulting in the product being blocked.

We have had some recurring problems with our internet provider recently, so that's probably what caused the error. Everything is working properly on the server. I just double-checked everything. The manual activation process should always work as an alternative if your internet security is blocking the automatic activation mechanism - barring internet connection issues, of course. :-)
