Improvements and changes- When something is being added to a character, the adding controls are now disabled instead of being replaced entirely by a loading spinner. A spinner appears on the button that triggered the action instead. This should keep the layout from jumping around as much.
- Replaces the "X was added" toast message in the lower right corner of the screen with a smaller message overlaid near the top of the dialog when something is added to a character. Overall this should be less distracting and annoying.
- Adds clearer disabled styling for various buttons so that it's more obvious when buttons are disabled (especially on touch devices)
- Reduces the size of the icon for the "No entries selected" message and moves it onto the same line
- Create and rename folder buttons are now disabled if a field has no characters in it
- PF2 - adds darker coloring for some buttons to better align with darker theme used for game system
Bug fixes- Removes table menus showing unintentionally on the character summary
