I am making a wizard for the first time and I can't get the spellbook option to work. How do I actually pick the spells I have memorized? When I click on spellbook I added my free 8 spells but I see no option of where to pick the spells from.

I am going conjuration with opposition of necro and divination if that helps.

Once you have all your spells added to your spellbook, you prepare your spells memorized on the Wizard tab: click the purple text that says "Add level [x] specialized spells" and "Add level [x] spells" to get the pop-up boxes. After your spells are prepared, you can mark them as cast on the Spells tab.

Thanks for the help. I was adding duplicate free spells at first without realizing it which is why it wouldn't let me pick the spells out of the spellbook.

Been there done that...Only I was inputting a 16th level wizard. Complicated at the best of times, but when I made a couple of mistakes like that, a quite time consuming chore. But playing him using herolab is so much fun
