Just noticed that the 40K files seem to be getting compilation errors which all are basically an additional <live> line in an option. These only seem to pop up in 3.1 compilation. Could it possiby be something in 3.2 that is adding something that 3.1 doesn't like? I'll try to see if there is some sort of pattern to these to help out on the matter.

Discovered what I think is happening.

If you create a linkset (or even modify a linkset) using the 3.2 creator, it will automatically add in a <live> at the end of the linkset for one of the new programming options. If you compile this on 3.1, it doesn't like this and tells you where the offending line is for you to find and correct.
