Problema with early access

Hi!

I can't download using my email and I can't remember if I fill out the Kickstarter questionnaire. When I try i get 'Invalid email address - please ensure you specified the same email address you provided for your Realm Works Early Access account.'

I found a email 'Response Needed! -- Get your reward for backing Realm Works - Streamlined RPG Campaign Tools by Lone Wolf Development.' but when a click in the button nothing happens.
