I created a level 2 warlock and hero labs is showing I get no at-will powers. Per the PHB I should get Eldritch Blast and a power based on my pact.

Your Hellish Rebuke power should be added automatically, but for some reason that's not happening.
 I'll get this fixed for the next release, thanks.
