Exporting Character Configuration

My group has paid for the additional license so we can share characters and such within the group and our campaigns. One thing I noticed though is there is no way to export the Character Configuration each of these characters is created under so we have a common set.

Other than manually trying to keep these in synch, does anyone know if you can export a master configuration and then import into other sets?
If I send a character, the configuration goes along with it, so I can update the config and save as default, but that is about all I can think of.
