Hey Guys-
I was inputting one of my PCs into HeroLab and discovered that the Shrinking Power does not seem to take into account reductions in Toughness and Movement Speed. Also, it reduces Strength to 0 when the lowest it can go according to the book is 1. Thanks. Benn |
