I'm playing alternate class Armor Prototype. I just reached 2nd level, it lists a mechanic trick for this level, but when I try to add one it gives me a validation error,

I've reread the books and I don't see any reason I shouldn't get a mechanic trick at this level.

I'm thinking this is a bug, but I'm not certain.

Did you add any archetypes? Is one of them replacing the 2nd level trick? I just tested adding only 2 levels of Mechanic and Experimental Armor Prototype, and I do have a trick slot available.

That explains it, it still showed the Mechanic Trick and Phrenic Adept in my class features so I thought I still received it. Thank you.
