Yes, it does. Same Error they did like in Elemental Empowerment (which I already fixed some time ago). I implemented the analogue fix to Combat Commander now, you can download it at:

Please note I am *not* working for Lone Wolf Development, I am just a fan of their product, even though I am currently probably doing more bugfixes on the 4e part of their product than they do ;-) (I am also sending in all bugfixes to their maintenance email address and hope they will include them in a future official update).
