It's amazing, but usually a little decency instead of hostility goes a long way. Frustrations happen since the world isn't a perfect place, but I find that trying to remain calm and kind instead of acting entitled usually gets things solved with a lot less stress. Luckily for all of us, LWD seems full of patient people.
