Launcher Tools: View Release Notes Icon Colour

Okay, this is probably me being a teensy bit silly, but the colour of the clipboard icon for the View Release Notes option in the launcher is almost exactly the same as the colour of the ! box, and my eye tends to skim over it, so while I can clearly see that there's a ! against the Tools menu option when there are new release notes, it's not immediately obvious that I'm being directed to check the release notes because the !-box blends in with the clipboard.

Obviously not at all huge priority, but figured I'd put it out there from a UI perspective.
