Celestial creatures

FYI - I noticed two errors with the Celestial Template, and with the pre-generated celestial animals.

Template:
*The creature's abilities are unchanged, but the INT becomes at least 3 (HL seems to leave it at 2 in the creatures I've tried it on)
*Damage reduction/magic should not be granted for creatures of HD 3 or less (HL gives it to the Hawk, a creature with 1 HD)

Pre-generated Celestials:
*The creature's LA = base creature +2 (the pre-generated ones have LA +0 or LA +1)
*Some of them have INT 2, some have INT 3 - they should all be INT 3
