Just wondering if the file is complete or is it partially finished?

ultimate psionics is part of the community 3PP Pack. http://forums.wolflair.com/showthread.php?t=51966
it is not complete but does have a lot of stuff and is still being worked on.

On the topic of Ultimate Psionics. It works fine on the desktop version of Hero Labs, but on the Ipad version you cannot select powers. There is no tab for it, and the "Psion" tab stays red denoting it is unfinished.
