Uncanny Dodge & Flat Footed AC

Just wondering if Flat Footed AC will get updated when you have uncanny dodge to not remove your Dex?

Uncanny Dodge does not actually change your flat footed armor class it just keeps the character from becoming flat footed in some circumstances. There are times when a character with uncanny dodge would still need to know their flat-footed armor class. Two examples is if caught immobile or falling victim to a feint in combat.
