I never bothered to check before, but my Wight Cav aren't allowed to take a
Magic Standard in the current WHFB AB Datafiles. I checked the Army Book and it says it may take a Magic Standard. I've looked through the item.wfb and the vampire.wfb and it looks like they have the ability.
