I just registered to share that with today's auto-update for Cthulu the program dowloaded and then asked me to drag the new version into the Applications folder. Upon doing so I tried opening the program and it immediately gives me the Apple Error Dialog Box asking if I want to try reopening the program vs being done.
I then tried a direct download of the newest client from the website and got the same response. I then did a fresh restart and got the same response. So what's next on the recommended try list? Thanks |

Sorry to hear you're having problems with Hero Lab! Please email us at support@wolflair.com with the exact error message you get when opening the program, and we'll see what's going on.

Thanks, I did that Monday right after posting the thread. Got an email back from David Noble and sent in a reply yesterday morning with the error dialog and the info he requested.
Now I'm just waiting to hear about an update or something else to try. Thanks |
