Skill Synergy

Hiya,

can anyone tell me if Hero Lab is using the Skill Synergies?
I can't work out from the numbers if it is or not.
I'm moving my character from a piece of paper to Hero lab.. so trying to make sure the numbers match.. (except where there has been stuff ups on the paper version..)

It uses synergies when the bonus applies all the time, but not for situational bonuses. For example, it gives a +2 to diplomacy for 5 ranks of bluff, but not +2 to disguise when you act in character.
