I am playing a Tiefling Wizard, currently level 5, and I have 17 intelligence and 12 wisdom. On the saving throws of these, there is an extra bonus added. Intelligence +3+1d6, Wisdom +1+1d6. Where does the additional +1d6 come from on these saving throws?

Without knowing more, I can't tell you. I have never seen this issue before.

I thought that's what happens when you turn proficiency dice on. If you hit Ctrl-K on the character and scroll down to the Ability Options, you can verify if you have this turned on or off. You should see additional 1d6 for any of your proficiencies aside from the saving throws you are proficient in.
Wizards are proficient in Intelligence and Wisdom saving throws, hence adding the +1d6 for your total level. |

Ah. I never use that option, so I wouldn't recognize it.
