Hi all,

I was making a level 4 Dragonrider and when I went into customizing the Dragon mount I chose a Copper Dragon under the "Other" tab and in the Mounts and Hirelings section of Hero Lab. However, when I look at its stats, they do not match what I am expecting from the Dragon steed section of

http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/3rd-...#Dragon_Steeds

He is showing 4 levels of Addition HD in the Classes tab and he has received his first Ability Score Bonus, and the level shows Level: 0 + 4 so I would think he would be considered level 4, however some of the things like his Base Attack Bonus, and Save throw scores are not correctly being calculated at his level. I am wondering if I am doing something incorrectly, or if there is something I am missing.

Any assistance getting this dragon to show his correct stats would be greatly appreciated!

Strange. You are using the latest version from the Community Pack correct?

If so I will take a look when I can.

Hi ShadowChemosh,

Yes I have Pathfinder Pack V1.9 installed and enabled. Thank you very much for taking a look into this issue!

I found the issue. The "Dragon Steed" monster Type is no longer appearing for the Dragon Steeds. This is what tells HL the missing stats like save, bab, skill points and hit dice size.

I can do a work around to fix this but I am 90% sure its a base bug in HL itself as this was all working before. Plus it still does work for LW mounts and stuff added through the "Other" tab.

Either way this should be fixed in the next release.

Thank you so much for looking into this and letting me know. Do you by chance know when the next release will be coming out?

Sorry I never really know that as I usually release once enough fixes/changes have been done.

If you are using HL on Windows/Mac I can give you the steps to do to fix the issue for your copper dragon.

1) Start HL & Pathfinder
2) click on "Tools->Show Editor".
3) Click on "File->Open Data File".
4) Open file "COM_3PPPack_RGG - Class, Dragonrider.user"
5) In the list of tabs that get displayed click on "Minion/Hirelings".
6) On the left side of the window click on "Dragon Steed, Copper".
7) On the right side click the blue button "Minion".
8) In the new little window click on "Bootstraps".
9) Click on the words at the bottom of the window that says "Click to add another bootstrap" and new Line will appear.
10) To the right of the word "choose" is a text box copy/paste the value "tpSgDragon" without the quotes.
11) Press OK through all the windows.
12) Click on "File->Save Data File".
13) Restart HL and open your character.

Unfortunately nothing I can do about the iPad if you are using that until the next release.
