I am building A blood angle list and i have just load the newest update and not the Lucius pattern pod is not longer listen as an option for a drop pod how do i pick or is this a bug that needs reported?

Since there is no such thing as a "lucius pattern pod" in the Blood Angels codex, you will need to change the rules to include non-codex materials.

I know it is not in the blood angles codex it is in imperial armor book that i have it set to use. I also tried the non codex rules that did not give the option. when i select th drop pod it has a option an ai drop pod be that is the drop pod from IA that i want to use in the list.

It's available now from the 40K files website: www.ab40k.org
I'm not sure why it's not in the auto-updater yet; you might want to add the AB40k site as a secondary update source - instructions are available there too.
