Attached is my working version of what you wanted, you can download the text file and pick the XML apart. My personal Identifier variable is 5EL, you'll want to swap with whatever you are using.
+1 to INT, select 2 others Recreates the feat Magic Initiate as a Racial Feat (still calls the configure item of Magic Initiate though) Adds "Ancient Suloise" to racial languages.
