Just to clarify, does "custom extensions for 3rd party access" mean being able to integrate various other components through the RESTful API (what I think) or being able to create custom races, weapons, and other content (what I hope)? Thanks!

Thanks for the question, magpi.

At the moment, it is more focused on allowing third parties to create plugins.
