HL Advanced Race Guide- Traits

So I recently purchased the ARG hoping to test out some of the alternate races among other things. However, after I downloaded it and checked it I am still unable to find many of the alternate traits that I was told would be there in another forum posted years ago.

Where is are Eye for Talent and the Heart of the Fields traits found?
Or the Tiefling Vestigial Wings? Checked the Council of Thieves and it's not there.

Heart of fields, eye for talent and Vestigal wings all show up just fine for me. I added two portfolio's with those racial traits active. I stripped both these portfolio's to just core and the advanced race guide.

Do they give any errors when opening or are the alternate racial traits not showing up under the background tab?

Check that you've refreshed your license and selected the source for the characters.

Mad if you check the attachments (s)he supplied you can see that the sources are already activated and selected. Hence why I supplied POR files with the racial traits and needed sources selected to see if any errors crop up.

P.S. Do you by any chance have custom material that might be hiding these traits, intentional or by accident?

Thanks, didn't see the attachments on the phone...

I've just disabled everything but advanced race guide and
Eye for Talent,
Heart of the Fields and
Vestigal Wings show up fine.

To find them go to the Background tab, select the appropriate race and click on the Add Alternative Racial Traits section.
