I updated the software and my account was suddenly deactivated. I tried several times to reactivate it and it is now coming back that the key has been flagged for suspicious activity. I emailed tech support 4 days ago and I have gotten no reply. I have a league game tomorrow and I would really like to be able to print my list. Any ideas/suggestions?

have you double checked that the email reply has not been caught in a spam filter or spam folder - that seems to happen on a regular basis
