I may have given you an incorrect address, but I'm not sure. I ordered Hero Lab on Saturday (couldn't tell you the order number, web browser wouldn't let me return to my site to let me know I may have goofed.) I live in Rockford, IL (61103) and have emailed your company a number of times (three, to be exact). The Visa card I ordered with is numbered....just kidding. However, my card was charged, so I would like this resolved (even if it is my fault) at your earliest convenience. I'm not sure what information I am willing to provide you over the internet, but you can email me at merpelding@boylan.org if my current email is the issue. (the email I provided is a @uiowa.edu one)
I'm not trying to be a pain, just desparately want to fire up my Hero Lab and kick some player butt! BTW, congrats on a truly stellar product! Sincerely, M. Erpelding Rockford, IL |

Matthew,
Thank you for your email and your order. Yes, your email address was entered incorrectly. I will fix the address and sent it out to you again. Thank you again, and please let me know if I can assist you in any other way. This ought to have been handled already via direct email communication. If this is still an outstanding issue for you, please let us know.

Rob,
I have replied to him twice, the first time in March immediately after his first email was received. I just replied to him again today (forwarding my original message to him) and I am getting an Earthlink Spam Blocker message back so he's not receiving my emails. I sent the request through (again) to get me off his spam blocker, so hopefully he will allow my emails to get through.
