Hello!
I have emailed customer support twice about getting my license reassigned, however I have yet to hear from anyone about this. The first email was sent two weeks ago. Unfortunatly in a short period of time I had to a) rebuild my main computer and then b) do reinstall of XP on it after a BIOS update got corrupted (weee what fun!). If someone could look into this I would really appreciate it! Regards, Nicolas |

Nicolas,
I'm sorry that you have not been able to get up-and-running. I did receive your email on November 11th at 1:16pm and I replied to you the same day at 4:19pm (see below). I am sorry if you did not receive my email, possibly it was interpreted as spam by your spam filter, so please check the folder where spam emails are placed. Hopefully, you will be able to find the original email there. I have modified your license so you should be able to reassign it. Please let me know if you have any other difficulties. You can get ahold of me at support@wolflair.com. Nancy LWD Support ------------- On Nov 11, 2005, at 4:19 PM, Tech Support wrote: > Nicolas, > > Not a problem at all.
