How do you remove bonus language for your race?

Well, one way you could do it is to make an adjustment for languages. The following code can be used to change a character's Starting Languages:

Code:

Pre-levels ; 10000

      ~ If we're not enabled, get out now
      doneif (field[pIsOn].value = 0)

      ~ Add to our armor class
      herofield[tLangsSta].value += field[pAdjust].value

You might also be able to make a house rule for the configuration window for no bonus languages, though honestly, I have no idea how to do that.

Sendric, that adjustment is already available. I think he's asking about the bootstrapped bonus languages.

harmor, press the "Customize?" button next to the race on the background tab (remember that in order to see the customize button, you'll need to set this character as an NPC on the configure hero form - ctrl-k re-opens the configure hero form).
