Spells For New Class

IS there an easy way to have a new class cast spells from another classes spell list with out have to add the new class to each spell?

I am tryong to add a starting Spell book and I et the error below
is there a place in the help section that outline how to make a starting spell book?

What is this new class like? It might be easier if you can make it a Wizard Archetype.
