Armybuilder file for Warhammer Ancients Assyrians

G'day,

I've been inspired to make some corrections to the Chariot Wars file for
the Assyrians and Babylonians since I'm now painting my Assyrians. Please
let me know to whom to submit it it.

This file : corrects Assyrian/babylonian mix
add free ASb for Babylonians
adds "warband 1+2 only) psych option and "shoot over
front rank" options
corrects hoplite info
adds light troop references
fixes the chaldeans so appropriate options
available.

I actually did an update for myself ages ago but couldn't sort out the
farrago of options for the Chaldeans then so didn't submit it. Worked it
out last night. If anyone wants to check it for me I'd appreciate it.
