Lone Wolf Development is partnering with Paizo Publishing this GenCon to provide Character Creation computers inside the Pathfinder Organized Play room. Unfortunately, the original arrangements we had made for someone overseeing these stations have fallen apart on us, so we are seeking your help.

We are looking for three individuals who are willing to work 9 hours apiece over three days at GenCon. Candidates must be very familiar with the Pathfinder RPG rules in general, and the Pathfinder Society rules in particular, as well as the creation of Pathfinder characters using Hero Lab.

The stations will be used by Pathfinder players who want to experiment with Hero Lab and create their character for use in an official Pathfinder Society game. Many of these players will be unfamiliar with Hero Lab and will want a few pointers to get them started, while some will have questions about how to accomplish something in particular. Your duties will consist of providing cordial assistance and answering questions at these stations. (Lone Wolf staff will be on call to assist if any difficulties arise.)

In return for helping us out at the con, we’ll give you free copies of all new Hero Lab data packages released for Pathfinder for an entire year (8/1/2010 thru 7/31/2011). This includes the imminent Advanced Player's Guide, the upcoming Ultimate Magic supplement, all of the Player's Companion packages released during that period, and all of the Campaign Setting packages released during that period. (We’ll be announcing the details of all these packages in the next few days.)

In addition, we'll provide pre-release (Beta) access to all of these packages, subject to the bounds of our license with Paizo. This means access to Pathfinder material prior to release of the actual book may not be possible (e.g. Ultimate Magic), but early access to all of the Companion and Campaign Setting data packages for books that have already been released will definitely be possible.

We're looking for 3 hours of assistance each day, Thursday through Saturday. There is a morning slot (7:30-10:30am), a midday slot (10:30am-1:30pm), and an afternoon slot (1:30-4:30pm) each day. You will also need to meet with us for about 15 minutes for a quick orientation to the equipment prior to the first slot you work. This should enable you to readily schedule your assistance around other games/events you plan on participating in while attending GenCon.

If you are interested in helping us out at GenCon, please notify us ASAP to make arrangements. Please contact us via email at gencon2010@wolflair.com.

Thanks for your consideration. Feel free to relay this information anyone else you know that may be interested.
