Hello All,
How can I have my medium character who is wielding a "large" great sword put it in their hands using Hero Lab? There is just a no no where hand selection is supposed to be.
I know there is a penalty, but you can still use it according to the core.

A large greatsword is not legal for a medium character to wield. You could use a large bastard sword as long as you had exotic weapon proficiency, but it would have to be a one-handed weapon, not a two-handed weapon. Because going from medium to large makes a one-handed weapon a two-handed weapon and a two-handed weapon to unwieldable.

To add on what AndrewD2 said. See it as this if a Large creature would need 2 hands to wield the "large great sword" how the hell would a medium sized character handle such a massive sword.

Things that would happen with such a sword is that it just becomes too heavy and large that normal fighting wouldn't be possible anymore.
