If i want to use this bloodline arcana to change a spell from fire to electricity, is there a way to do this in hero lab? ie. change burning hands to an electricity spell.

I don't believe so, but you don't need to do so in Hero Lab. You just tell the DM "Okay, the spell is going to do electricity damage instead of fire, because I've got the Djinn bloodline."

The reason why i want it to is so that it benefits from the +1 to Electricity DC's from the cross bloodline. i guess it doesn't really matter too much right now since herolab doesn't take into consideration elemental focus.
