Customized Spell

Hello!

Is it possible to create a custom spell (analogous to the Classic version having an editor) or even create a 'copy' of a spell, and change aspects of it?

Trying to create a slightly custom spell to put into a wizard's spellbook, and haven't found a way to do that yet.
