I have a 99% finished file I built for a base class. A major theme of the class is sundering, which is usually done with a weapon. Sundering also involves a damage stat, so when someone is using their weapon to sunder, it would be nice to have a checkbox that just enables them to flag their melee attacks as being used to sunder so all the appropriate attack and damage bonuses get factored into their weapon attacks.

Most of this is easy. The sunder-specific bonuses each have their own fields on the manSunder thing, so it's a simple matter of putting together a string of #applybonus statements when the box is checked. The problem is that the ManeuvBon thing isn't broken down the same way. All of the fields on that thing are already inclusive of any bonuses to attacks. I realize that flat bonuses to non-maneuver-specific CMB are pretty rare, but they do exist, and I'd like to factor them into weapon attacks when this box is checked. Is there a tag or something that I can assign to the weapon attack to flag it to receive CMB-specifc bonuses (such as that from a dusty rose prism ioun stone in a wayfinder)? I tried adding component.BaseManBon and Hero Lab didn't like that plan.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

Does sunder not use the normal damage value of the weapon? Not sure I understand what you are looking for here.
