Bug with Twilight Sage (Arcanist archetype)

This one is easy to replicate. Go into Hero Lab, create an arcanist with the twilight sage archetype. Get it up to 4th level real fast, make sure you at least have the ability scores in, so it shows bonus spells. Pick your special necromantic spells and other spells.

Note that the program believes you have n daily castings of your spells per level (where n is a number for each level).

Now, remove the archetype. Note that you have fewer daily castings of your spells (1 fewer at each level).

Then, look over the twilight sage archetype, and notice that it doesn't confer any extra spells. It mandates that you pick a necromantic spell each day, but that doesn't confer any extra castings.

How'd the extra daily castings happen? The probably shouldn't be there.
