So, if I'm reading this correctly (big assumption), when a character fails a Incap roll (permanent injury) and then rolls a 10 on the Injury table, they should acquire the Lame Hindrance.

Oddly, the Temporary Injury widget has Right Leg / Left Leg, and both only reduce the character's Pace by one.

Why is this?

Also, what's the best way to add the Permanent Hindrance I need for the injury?

For Premanent Injuries go to the Advances Tab and click to Add a New Advance (I know, not intuitive to look there, maybe the tab and that link should be changed to show it includes more than just Advances, I think I'll mention that in the suggestions thread) then click on Permanent Injury at the bottom.
